ClearDetections is a diagnostic kit manufacturing SME based in The Netherlands. ClearDetections offers products and services in the field of molecular identification and detection of plant pests. Current end-users of ClearDetections’ diagnostic kits are i.e. agro service laboratories, inspection laboratories, plantation owners and plant breeders across Europe and beyond.

Role and participation in the project

ClearDetections will participate to WPs WP1, WP4, WP6, WP7 and WP8.

Marta SANTOS PAIVA


Marta Santos Paiva is a biological engineer by training. In August 2017 she joined ClearDetections as Operations Manager with the objective of improving business development for the molecular plant pathogen diagnosis solutions of ClearDetections and implement top-quality standards for the production of ClearDetections’ kits, distributed world-wide. Complementary she has 7 years of working experience in R&D environment in both university and SME, focused on development and implementation of analytical and biological tests.
